• Message delivery and engagement data needed to operate the texting program (for example delivery receipts)
• Optional information you choose to share in replies (such as your name, church, or event questions)

We use this information to:

• Send NW Youth ministry texts you opted into (event reminders, devotionals, next-step opportunities, and related updates)
• Respond to HELP / STOP and support requests
• Improve deliverability and fix technical issues
• Meet legal and carrier compliance requirements

Mobile information sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only with:

• Service providers who help us send and manage texts (such as Twilio), under agreements that limit their use of the data
• Authorities when required by law

We keep opt-in and opt-out records as needed to honor your preferences and comply with messaging rules. You may request deletion of non-required records by emailing mharder@nwyouth.com.

Children’s privacy

NW Youth serves youth ministry contexts. If you are a parent/guardian and believe we collected a minor’s information inappropriately, contact mharder@nwyouth.com.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised policy.
