The Called Initiative exists to see 400 students who are called to be missionaries and pastors enter our leadership pipeline, so we can identify them, disciple them, and release them into full time ministry.

Youth pastors are the local champions of the called. Hosting a monthly CalledCast watch party changes everything.
The first 3 months are fully paid for juniors and seniors — a full scholarship to get started. All credits transfer to Northwest University, so students arrive with a running start. Our goal: identify 100 juniors & seniors by August 2026 and enroll 50 in Pathway AG.
